I have had experience with sales, finance & insurance, and with service at DiMartini RV. I traveled from France several years ago after making a deal with Tim DiMartini via the internet. I purchased a diesel-pusher coach there, and the purchase and F&I experience was the best that I have had. I recently had a problem resolved by the DiMartini service department on our 2013 Thor Tuscany coach that a dealer back east had worked on and couldn't fix the problem. The DiMartini service department had us in and completed the repairs in a couple of hours. My wife and I very highly recommend DiMartini RV for whatever needs that one might have related to RVs.

I wanted to thank-you and your staff for taking such great care of Tim and I. Cheryl was so kind and helpful, her lot was pretty busy when we arrived yet we felt as though we were her only customer. She took care of us as well as answering questions,showing trailers and taking phone calls. She was awesome. Your service crew and parts people were also terrific, we truly felt like family when we left. You should be very proud of the business you have built as well as the staff you have surrounded yourself with. We will never shop anyplace else for our RV needs.

Kevin the service manager, is wonderful keeps you informed of the servicing process he emails or calls keeping the customer informed, the work is always done in a timely manner and the workmanship is excellent...his entire staff is outstanding.

I purchased a used Monaco and traded my previous motorhome. Jay Griffin, Kevin Parker, and Jon DeMartini were all great to work with and have been outstanding ever since. I can't say enough about the service department! I've called multiple times with questions as I learned the new rig and I've always received great information. When I had the rig in for annual service and installation of the washer/dryer something drained my coach batteries. Kevin called in one of his tech's on a Saturday and they did a thorough check of all the systems and got me on the road for a planned vacation. It's this type of service that will keep me a loyal customer.
